Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Are you flying out of Bali over to Jogja for a few days? If so, I'd suggest you do book at least the first night in a "big" hotel and look around for something else when you get there. I thin Jogja has been hit even harder than Bali by the tourism downturn and you'd really want to see a place before you take it.
