There are lots of Tailors in Bali.
In our recent visit I had a dinner suit made for myself, a formal suite for my son, and a "Matrix" suit for his mate. He made the Matrix suit off a photo we took. If you have photos take them with you. Most however will have books of photos. It cost about $85 to get each suit made and $65 for the long Matrix coat.
If your near Legian I recommend "Nia Taylors". They are in a L-shaped arcade on the corner of JL Legian and JL Melasti (corner closest to Kuta Beach).
