Hotel Barong, the staff fussed over the kids when we stayed a few days with friends that came over to visit & the rooms were cleaned daily, it is Budget but has all the necessary things. A decent breakfast, pools & pool bars.. back rooms are newer but can be more party people out there, we stayed in the front room & it was fine not any noise from street either!
