try the Roxy shop in Kuta Square as well as Surfer Girl (as mentioned)
Might have some luck depending on the size you are after.
Most are bigger than kids sizes though Surfer Girl does have a children's section at the back.
Not a lot of selection at the Surf Factory Outlet but you may be able to pick up a couple of good items as we did.
