Hi, agree with Balikyu, if you do the "stay on the pontoon" trip, which is good fun, snorkelling just off the pontoon, banana boat rides, semi-submersible trips, water slides and buffet lunch, do the village tour first up and then have the rest of the day on the pontoon. They have lockers behind the outside bar you can hire for very cheap price and also towel hire, so you can all do activities together and not worry about your camera or belongings. Also you can do a dive with an instructor as a first timer. OUr 15 yo was blown away by his first dive and also got a video made which was an excellent souvenier for his mum to show people! The Bali Hai trips are good.
