I so appreciate your information. It gives alot to think about. I found some websites that I can wholesale from, but the minimum FIRST order is $800. I only have a small shop and plunking down $800 without any sample of the quality is something to consider. My middleman is about 15 minutes from my house. She does the importing, and it very well could be from Java. She has put her own label in the garments. She wholesales to me, but retails at shows and festivals. I know she is making $$ from my wholesale purchases, so I was thinking of eliminating her markup by importing myself. I know nothing of Java or Bali so this has been very informative....
