son and friend he met from BTF had their hair braided- great job, especially on bounty_babe's hair: bali_rock can give you name of who did this- good price. I spent the day bludging around the pool-plans for shopping lost but spent quiet time reading and pooling.
Mitch and Chloe (teenagers who met on BTF) met that morning with Josh (great_outdoors from BTF) for brakfast- Uncle Norm's not open so they went to BaliOz (Aus?) Mitch's opinion- "it sucked"- apparently slow service even though empty; overcooked bacon, soggy ham, undercooked eggs- don't know what the others thought. he was happy to meet Josh at last and always had fun with Chloe. One night (not late) he and Chloe got offered drugs on the beach, but that never happened any other time- remind teenagers out for a stroll away from parents to SAY NOTHING just keep walking!!
Ate at Uncle Norm's one night- that was really nice food- funny for me and Chloe when 16yr old asked if he could have a bintang, so i said OK- he calmly ordered a large one (not knowing what a large one was!!!) The waiters, Chloe and I laughed at his face when they showed him what it was, so he quickly changed his order!
S&S- were meant to meet 15 others who had agreed to booking for follow up dinner at IndoNational. Unfortunaely, the big group were a no show, but noosa_blue, bali_rock, bounty_babe, Mitch and I had a lovely dinner, although I felt for Sharon when we had to tell them at Indo that the huge table they had reserved was not needed-shame. Also met RandR from Texas and Ray and Wilma from Sth. AUS- had a lovely time with them and really wish we had met up again- they all had so much to share with us first timers.
