Think family much the same but a bit bigger & bungalow bigger again with levels.
Was a bit hard understanding the description of the bungalows & family room without seeing them & we were more interested in the configuration of the bungalows at the time.
They were very helpful so perhaps an email to them might help clarify?
Also look for 'Enpi's' report in awhile as he is about to stay there.
