We have travelled over to Bali 15 times on Garuda and have NEVER had a problem. They are great, the staff is great, the food is fantastic and you feel like you are in Bali before you even get there. The movies could be better, but you aren't flying them for the movies! Would highly recommend Garuda!!
DVD's are EVERYWHERE in Bali - you won't have a problem finding them anywhere. Most shops have the same stuff, but it's worth a sort thru different ones, as sometimes there is different stuff.
