Not sure where you live in Canada but the website below has great deals to Bali (jollytimetravel dot com) - haven't seen an airfare and hotel combo any cheaper plus it includes 5 tours and a choice of hotels.
In the Carribbean it's nice having an all-inclusive as dining can be expensive, there isn't always a great choice of local restaurants and you tend to spend most of your time on or around the resort. In Bali, you'll probably want to do a lot of sightseeing/ touring/ shopping and may not be at the resort for your meals (breakfast tends to be included at most hotels). Plus the cost of meals in Bali is quite inexpensive and you will probably want to try different restaurants. Depends on your interests and what you plan to do while there, but Bali is one place I would never consider an AI.
