Don't know about your other stops, but I can vouch for the Four Seasons. We spent three nights there two years ago, and it rocks. The pool is fantastic, the villas sweet, the restaurants a little pricey. Take a walk down the beach to the fish stalls for dinner and save yourself some cash (you're married now, you'll need it). While you're in Ubud, stop at the Four Seasons just outside of town (Sayan) for a drink. The architecture is unbelievable, and quite different from the property in Jimbaran. Oh, and "congratulations"...probably.
