I spoke to a few people who said there had been big trouble as in some local guy stabbed by a tourist and after that all the clubs in the strip were closed down. It seems a few places have been running without the proper paper work and Kudos is among them.
So do you goto Bali every four weeks? Half your luck. I'm not back till september.
