I believe Bali Hai closed down some time ago & is now an Italian restaurant.The only choice for eating out now is Pondok Bali in Pulteney st.
I think it could be a year by now that Bali Hai has been gone,although they are still in the yellow pages.We never ate there but I vaguely remember some forumites loved it & others did not.It's the same for all restaurants though.
Not sure if it's any use to you but I have noted in the yellow pages that there is an Indonesian takeaway at 325 Hancock Rd at Fairview Park.It looks on the map as if it's between Yatala Vale Rd & Grenfell Rd so I expect it's in the shopping centre near the hotel.It's called Fairview Park Chinese & Indonesian takeway.No idea how authentic it is because we've never been there.
