Hi - Couple we went to last year that were fantastic were, Massimo's italian village, on the other side of the road as you come out of Griya - turn right 50 metres or so up the road. Made's Frangipani, out from the Griya 20 metres to your right - fantasic Indonesian food, Retro was left out of the hotel about 100 metres, On the Beach Tootsies bar down by the markets is terrific. It just received a canning from someone else but the Gateway to India down by the Hyatt was lovely last year so maybe it's changed or someone just went on a bad night - it was one of the best meals we had last year with plenty of chicken in our curry and good strong flavours. There are literally loads of places just around the Griya so you won't be short of finding somewhere great to eat. - Have a great time
