time we would get a Bali Sim card.. As it is cheaper & just send new number to family & then friends get it from them, it costs less for SMS & we then use it when we are out & if our daughter needs us the family call & we can go home or keep in touch while we are all over the Island, so the family know we are ok. But I never accept Aust calls etc, only texting to OZ & local calls around Bali, then when we leave the family use that Sim card in their mobile & we put our Oz one back in, then each time we return we can use the same number in Bali...
