If you like fine dining and you want to stick to Ubud I'd suggest -
Lamak (already on your list and my favourite from out last trip)
Aries Warung (degustation menu a real bargain)
Terazo (recently took on a new chef, but I'm sure it would still be fabulous)
Mosaic (the most expensive meal you'll eat in Bali I think)
Fantastic places for lunches and afternoon snacks include-
Tutmak
Three Monkeys Cafe
Ibah Restaurant (at Ibah Resort - nice to see how the other half live)
Barundi (down near Zen Spa)
