Info below is from my JBR last year; we went back this year to get the same blinds/shades for two other windows. They're not up yet, but the ones that are we still LOVE and they look great!
"I had plans to get some window blinds made; they've been hung and are another beautiful reminder of Bali. Had them made at a shop on the main drag in Sanur, Bali Oding. This place is located on Jl. Danau Tamblingan 60; they make to order cushions, window blinds, placemats, mosquito nets, bed covers, curtains, handicrafts, etc. The Boss (hubby) measured, remeasured, and brought a measuring tape with both inches and metres on it so the folks would get it right and they did. Had blinds made for 6 windows, 4 of which are over 4 feet wide, so the next obstacle was getting them home. Not a problem, as the staff at Bali Oding really wound them up tightly and we taped the whole bunch up with business cards and address on the outside and then checked them like a piece of luggage."
