Depends how much you want to spend. Best value place is Uncle Norms (Seafood Basket 44000Rp, Good Chickenburger and pizzas), Indo-National is great (owned by an Aussie Couple), Crown Restaurant (near cnr of JL Legian and JL Melasti).
