Further to Satays post, there are currently no Bounty Cruises running from Bali - Gilis (used to go to Gili Meno). We've just returned, and used Merpati Air - a quick and reasonably priced flight and by far the quickest way to get to Lombok or the Gilis. If you have booked accomodation on one of the Gilis, then most places will arrange transport from the airport (in Lombok). I wrote a JBR post a week ago that included some info about Gili Meno, but Lombok Lovers website has heaps of info. Good luck.....
