Having stayed at Garden View at Legian recently for 4 weeks and on a number of occassions before I would now not recommend it to anyone.It has been left to run itself down.Not much in the way of maintainance being done.We moved rooms twice as the a/c didn't work plus couldn't get water from the shower as the hose was broken.New arrivals were herded into the rooms we had vacated and within hours they also were on the move.A few guests actually moved to Rama Garden and were very happy.Spoke to a few people who were regulars at the GV who are now finding alternate accommodation.It's a pity as I really like the location,staff are great but management bury their head in the sand and are building a spa area.I think the money would be better spent in a little renovation and maintainance.
