a total spinout seeing bali, bemo corner is almost unrecognisable hey!!!! That was once the main point of bali just about, everything seemed to radiate out from Bemo corner!!! Or so I remember, on going back after 10 years of absence from bali was mindboggling enough for me, so 25 years wouldve been wild, hasnt it changed!!!! The stalls are now shopfronts, well most of em, and the tape shops are not cd and dvd shops, wonder what the next 25 years will see!!!
Thanks for your report especially on Uluwatu, its just not the same now, without the bali boys to dink you on their motorbikes or walking down that rickety ladder they used to have, I dont think I even found the rock with the hole in it!!! Did you.
