The 6 restaurants you have listed run the whole gamut, from Mozaic, the best restaurant in Bali, to Murni's Warung, one of the first warungs in Ubud, but only, as the name indicates, a warung.
In Ubud, Lamak comes second to Mozaic.
Ryoshi is now so-so; Lamak is nice. If you are going to consider this quality of restaurant, then do have dinner at Darimana, the French restaurant, right at Monkey Forest. Very simple decor, but the food is excellent and at amazing low prices. On the menu are "entrecote a l'echalotte" and "fillet au poivre," which are definitely the best beef to be eaten in Ubud. Don't forget to check their "specials of the day". And if you tell them "Daniel sent us," they'll be sure to charge you double!
All these restaurants are right in Ubud, so there is no driving per se.
Bon appetit.
