I used Mida (agents name) at the addy below. She got me great prices. A few dollars cheaper than the hotels were giving me directly. She also threw in free transfers.
She returns Emails straight away. A guide met me and was lovely. Asked me if I wanted tours but as soon as I said no we chatted about Bali etc. He never mentioned it again. She rang the day before my departure to arrange the transfer to the airport.
I paid the guide once my room was ready and I was in my room so no concerns about money etc. I would definitely use her again.
