right you need the two keys to open the safe, we had $80 stolen in a 5 star hotel in Bangkok but hubby's fault. We had a safe in our room and he thought it would be okay to go to the pool and leave the money in his trouser pocket draped over a chair. The room was locked so could have only been staff that took it but this has never happened in Bali and we have left money etc in our rooms and not one thing has ever been taken not even a lolly.
