just recently returned from staying at the bali rani. although the road was dug up right in front, we found it wasn't a problem. there were wide pieces of wood to walk over to get to the road, apart from that it was ok. love the rani, this was my fourth time there and am staying there again next trip. i imagine it will be finished in front of the hotel by september.
