past it a few weeks ago. It is situated down laneways on Benesari - a short walk to shops. As a hotel guest you can cut through the cottages which are very close - to get to Legian Street.
I did walk to the beach from here - but it isnt close or a particularly nice walk.
It is budget - but bearing that in mind - the rooms were big - food was cheap and was OK
I would stay there again if the situation arose
However - on check out I found the people at the front desk to be really unhelpful. OUr transfer didnt arrive and they didnt seem to care. I ended up having to pay for transport from a guy on the street. In contrast to the Green Garden Hotel - which gladly pick you up from the airport and will take you back there. The Green Garden is a similar type of hotel in Tuban - and is closer to the beach (but not Kuta beach obviously)..... hope my ramblings help
