we bought a book from our travel agent called "Indo surf and Lingo", which has heapsof surf info about Bali, where, when, wave size etc and lots of tips, plus an excellent section on speaking INdonesian which we tried to read before we got there. It is an excellent book,written by en experienced surfer who has loved in Bali for years, we found it really useful and our guys surfed everywhere!!! Especially Nusa Lembongan, four days.
