No you haven't booked the wrong hotel.
Yes it is on the beach with only the paved walkway between the hotel and the sand.
Two pools, one with a swim up bar. Bintangs and cocktails, what more could you ask for.
Breakfast is generous, usually buffet with eggs anyway to order.
Be mindfull that it is only a 2 to 3 star hotel, it is not the Intercontinental but It is good value for the price.
Tried to book for Sept. myself but it was booked out so I am now at the Adhi Dharma.
Have a great stay and enjoy it.
Maybe see you at SnS one night.
