you will need to email the hotel or fax, faxing is much quicker.Bali seems to be very busy at the moment but you could try Kuta Paradiso hotel Kuta, Santika hotel Tuban,Bali Patra resort in Tuban,Sahid raya Kuta, The Padma in Legian.....heaps of hotels, but we can't help you, you must fax or call the hotel.
