Over the last few years, horses have become the new passion of Chris Brown, founder and owner of "Reef Seen Diving Center" in Pemutera. He has about 15 horses, imported from Java, to be ridden on the beach or in the National Park. The cost are US$25.00/x (1 hr) and US$30.00 (2 hrs). The horses are in tip-top shape, as Chris has rapidely become an expert on his "babes." Nothing is too good for them: feed, medical care, etc.
Also IN the National Park, two years ago, there were an arrival of about 25 horses. I met the Australian chap who was to take care of them at Chris' house, but I do not have info. has who is running the stables. The horses are ridden in the National Park.
