You know Hillary I am really sick to the back teeth of irresponsible parents,children should be supervised at all times in the pool. I think your husband is a hero, I think the parents ruddy neglectful.
I stay away from areas where kids are pool playing nowadays if they are unsupervised I become a total stress bucket I can't relax for a second.I have dragged 2 kids from the water over the years not in Bali. I was so tired when I reached one kid cos the waves were strong I almost lost it, no more, never again.The kid alone at the beach age 9. Parents should be horsewhipped.
Kids are so precious why don't parents watch them these days? maybe cos we are in the 'nanny country' so someone else ie: Brian, me, lifeguards, anyone except them. Gives me the whoopsies.
Yes Kuta beach is a deathtrap the lifeguards do a superb job people drown there regularly adults who are strong swimmers drown, I wish people would take care.
