Use your Word program to make a folder headed 'Bali info' or whatever. Create a handful of word docs titled Transport, Drivers, Hotels, Food Places, Shopping (sub-category docs if you want to separate out leather, shoes etc). Oh, and one titled Process Later. Then as you read other people's info you can just copy and paste the bits you want into the documents. If you don't have time to sort out a post with lots of different topics in it put it into the Process Later one.
Before you leave do a quick edit for duplications, or places you are not interested in any more, and then reduce it to 10pt and either print it off (can be a lot so if you can do it at work *wink* it is cheaper) or put it all onto a floppy disk you can access in Bali.
This is what I did for our second visit once I had discovered the forum. Now I just keep a little thick notebook and in it I write quick notes based on what I read here, as lots of stuff is now in my head.
