reputable, i have only so far found about 8 out of the gazillions i bought and when I told him of these he said no worries, email the ones that were bad and he would replace and send them over by mail, all free of charge, and to top it all off, he said hang on to the no good ones until next time you are in Bali!!!!!! What if i hadnt been ever going again, yep he's a sweetie, i would use him again no worries!!!!
