Balinese chefs Nyoman Wiranti from Bumbu Bali & Gede Adnyana from Sheraton Nusa Duah and head Chef Bruce McClear.
The food on the brochure sounds wonderfull, we are going for lunch on Wednesday before we fly off to Bali that evening.
When we return we will have somewhere to go to get a Bali fix. H is wondering if they will have Bintang.
