We'll be in Bali next month (4 days at Nusa Dua and 3 days in Ubud)and heard that it is relatively inexpensive to hire help directly rather than use the hotel's personnel (plus it puts more money in the hands of the locals).
1) Does anyone have a good babby-sitter / all-day-nanny they could recommend for our 6 yr. old and 1.5 yr old girls ? What would be a fair amount to pay per hour or per day ?
2) Can anyone recommend a trustworthy driver/guide with an A/C car, who speaks English well and could take us around the various sites? What are the going rates for this ?
