Yes, i remember my first time to Bali. It wasmy first holiday overseas as well, as well as our honeymoon. You, like I will be put under the magic spell that Bali is.
Saksimata has done all your questions, so just a little bit of advice.
1. If you are not sure don't eat it.
2. Go to restaurants that have a lot of people eating there. It must be good food and the food gets turned over.
3. Don't go straight away into eating indo food, try a little to start, gives time for your stomach to come to terms with the chilli, peanut oil etc. and
4. When you are really thirsty, don't drink cold drinks really fast as this will have a reaction to your stomach as well.
