haven't stayed in this particular villa but I have recently returned from a trip that included 5 nights in a villa booked through this company. The whole process of booking was seemless and very professional, I would have no problem recommending this company. I used their website to book and pay by credit card with no problems. The stay in Palm River Villa was one of my best experiences in bali. Worth every cent and the savings of having an in house cook, car and driver, laundry etc makes it exceptional value when compared with a hotel of similar standard which does not have these inclusions.
