I have long hair and I got braids in Fiji. I conditioned every night while they were in to make sure my hair stayed in good condition and it paid off. When I took them out - over a period of two days - my hair was in much better condition than my sisters, she only conditioned a couple of times. They are ace in the hunmid weather, especially when you are swimming all the time.
