Not sure about the malaria pills but I bought antibiotics at the local Apotik without a perscription. You just need to know the name of the one you want. From memory it cost me 100,000 rp for a 10 day supply of amoxcyllin. There is a large apotik on JL Legian, Kuta just near Poppies 2
