Transfers usually work out a minimum of AU$10 per person each way - a lot of agents book them at double that price. I even had a friend booking a trip and the agent had quoted $100 per person for transfers (return). I told him to query it (he was a Bali first timer asking me for advice) and they told him they'd booked limo transfers, assuming he'd want the best.
I told him to skip transfers and get a taxi when he arrived. Worked out costing him about $5 each way for the 3 of them to share a taxi to Tuban instead of the $300 return the agent wanted to charge him.
