Have just been to the doctor here in the UK
Have kept hepatitis A; typhoid; tetanus and polio up to date, but have not been recommended medication for malaria. Have just been told be careful and use a repellant with at least 30% DEET.
Dengue could be a problem but there is no medicinal preventative.
We went to Bali a couple of years ago during late July early August (the begining of the dry season) and had no problems with mosquitos or sand flys.
Have you looked at the WHO web site for their advice?
