don't go to the beach on your first day, but it's soooo tempting I know. I'm guilty of the same thing. Came back with arms full. I had no idea how much I paid. They kept adding more on saying it's cheaper if you buy more. LOL.
That was 11 trips ago. But as you said, you have to laugh.
I've met a few people that hated Bali the first few days until they got used to it and saw the great things. My daughter is going over with her boyfriend in a few weeks. He's never been ouit of Australia. She can't wait to see the expression on his face.
Glad you found Komang and Ketut. They are so lovely. My son had his formal suit made there last year. He didn't get an outlandish one, he's a bit shy. He also wore it to his sisters wedding so saved me heaps as I would have had to hire twice.
