If you look at Shangri-la website (www.shangri-la.com) who actually own the Dynasty they have a email address for the Dynasty - it is bdh@shangri-la.com. I'm not sure though if it is the actaul hotel's address or their head office - try it anyway.
I actually emailed them yesterday with a question & they got back to me very promptly.
I am staying at the Dynasty in a few months - so when you get back, could you possibly email me & tell me what the resort was like. Also, I have heard that they have recently built a new swimming pool, so now they have 2 pools which is good.
