I've just got back from my honeymoon. We stayed at the intercontinental for 10 nights and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful location, great rooms, superb service. As we were on honeymoon we were upgraded to a huge split level loft suite and had use of the exclusive club facilities including separate club pool (much quieter), free drinks and nibbles between 6-8 each night, and access to club lounge and free soft drinks all day.

We also looked at the Sheraton Laguna which looks lovely, but Nusa Dua is a bit sanitised. Staying at the Interconti, means that you have the restaurants on Jimbaran beach on your doorstep and as soon as you step outside the hotel grounds, you know you are in Bali. It is not the same in Nusa Dua.

Let me know if you want any more info.
