Puri Cendana hotel is on Jalan Dhyana Pura or as it is known now Jalan Abimanu. Turn off Jalan Raya Seminyak, head towards the beach and it is about 3/4 of way to beach on right hand side.
To get to Club 66 (Bouble Six Club) turn left onto the beach, walk 300 metres and you will soon hear the music. (Alternatively, go by road, taking Jalan Double Six off Jalan Legian. It's at the end. Sorry don't know anything about the other place you requested.
