Havent stayed at the Dynasty,
However have you considered the LT Patra jasa in Tuban
It has a kids club , kids pool which also has a swim up bar in it so you can relax , read a book and have a long cool drink , while only being meters away from the kids in the pool , sand pit or play area. (It also has an adults only pool )
Rooms ar huge 60SQ M and have a seperate lounge/dining area that can closed off. The sofa in the lounge folds out to a double bed for the kids and you have a KING size bed in your bedroom.
I emailed the hotel about 5 weeks ago for a quote and recieved $80 a night for a superior suite.
