Be EXTREEMLY careful as the local police run a scam with the street sellers...
They sell it to you , you walk around the corner get arrested , fined or imprisoned , the streetseller gets to keep most of his money, gets the drug back and sells it to another sucker.

Your habit your risk...sorry for the bad news , but be very very careful.
