Censorship throughout Indonesia is very common. Even fashion magazines in the newstands of Jakarta's International Airport have the obligatory magic-marker defacing across offending advertisements and photos. I usualy travel in and out with 200-300 rolls of film. I am always asked at Customs about "pornography", yet I have never had to provide proof that I had none. You should be fine. I doubt that they will take the time to even check your videotape.
