you are allowed one litre of grog and 200 cigs but they seem to allow you to bring in a bit more if you are UNDER $50. excess ,so if you bring back from Bali one litre of grog then buy another at Australian airport arrivals they let you bring it in. You cannot buy two litre,s on comming in,and you must declare the excess,Also carry all wooden articles in hand luggage and declare it .Most of it passes quarantine o.k.
