jayakarta is OK - depends on what u have paid for it - it should not cost more than $50 (max) - it is not walking distance from peanuts - will have to cab it - may cost Rp 5000 by cab - but u can walk it to Goa 2001 and Luna .
Jetski in tanjung benoa costs Rp 50,000/15 mins for locals and Rp 70,000/15 mins for farangs - i do not know about the nusa dua jetsi rates.
